At the end, we had an opportunity to meet the best people in their respective fields at IIM Bangalore, who gathered there for AIMS 7th International Conference. One to mention prominently is Mr. Raghavan, co-founder and former Joint Managing Director of Infosys, who spoke on complexity of human behaviour. He mentioned the behaviour of human being is attributed to three things:<br />1. Hard wiring: Attributes derived from ancestral genetics or heredity that amounts to 70%.<br />2. Firm wiring: This is attributed to the factors developed during the childhood that amounts to around 20%.<br />3. Soft wiring: This is what the learning formal and informal education. This is just 10%.<br /><br />I normally ask my past students to measure the contribution to their life made by the Institute and we teachers at IMR and other ambience provided over here at our Institute in Sangli.
